The Hybrid Reserve Account (H/RA) is a fund allocated by the Company (Be Eminent Marketing) to each employee. The H/RA is an additional benefit provided by the company to its employees/contractors.
Be Eminent’s H/RA is intended to provide employees with limited financial assistance to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As part of its mission, the company empowers its employees to meet the challenges of modern life for a happier and healthier future.
Employees/contractors must have worked for Be Eminent for ninety (90) days or more. Both full-time and part-time are eligible.
The Hybrid Reserve Account value is determined by the employee’s current pay. The Company will be allocating a certain amount to the Hybrid Reserved Account of each employee/contractor every month. An amount of 8% of your base pay shall be forwarded to your H/RA every month. The cycle starts every 1st day of January and ends the 31st day of December.
NO. You will still receive the full amount of your pay every payroll period. The company will bear the cost of adding to your H/RA fund.
Here is some example of events where you can use the fund but are not limited to:
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
- Equipment repair/upgrade
- Medical emergencies
- Calamities
- Subsidy for Internet Connection
- Family Emergency
Should the need arise, the employee should fill out the Hybrid Reserve Account claim form and submit it to the management via email. Please allow 24-72 hours for the management to review your application. You will be notified via email once your application is approved.
Fill out and submit the H/RA claim form. After your application is approved, you can start procuring based on the intended purpose. Upon receipt of your supporting documents/O.R., the fund will be released to you within thirty (30) days. In case you need the funds before you can procure them, please allow a maximum of thirty days (30) for the fund to be released.
Yes. You will have to submit an official receipt of your expense/s.
If an employee is not able to avail of the H/RA by the first Friday of December of the current year, fifty percent (50%) of the fund will be awarded to the employee to be included in the first payroll of the last month of the year (second Tuesday in December) and the remaining fifty percent (50%) will be carried over to the next calendar year.
No. While there is no bond upon release of the H/RA funds, Upon the release of the H/RA fund, you will be under an assumed agreement for the next three (3) months. This means if you resign from your position within three (3) months from the date of H/RA use, you forfeit the chance of being rehired or receiving a recommendation.
No. The H/RA fund co-terminates with your employment with Be Eminent.
