Account Manager
This is a contractor position (not employee) where you will be responsible for bringing in new monthly clients.
Duties:
- Perform prospecting efforts to bring in clients each month.
- Visit local businesses if available to you.
- Weekly emails/calls to potential clients (at least 50/weekly)
- Nurture warms leads.
- Gain one new client each month for the first 60 days (or one new paying service).
- Gain two new clients each month once your base pay is initiated (or one new paying service).
- Perform follow-up efforts with current clients (only the ones you are responsible for).
Pay Structure:
First 60 days, if you close the deal…
- 30% commission on first month of recurring service (Digital Ads, Social Infiltration, Content Repurposing, SEO, Website Maintenance)
- 20% commission on all one-time fee sales (New Websites, Mobile Optimization, Website Re-Designs, Logo Creation, GMB Optimization)
First 60 days, if you bring us the warm lead instead of closing…
- 20% commission on all recurring clients (Digital Ads, Social Infiltration, Content Repurposing, SEO, Website Maintenance.
- 15% commission on all one-time fee sales (New Websites, Mobile Optimization, Website Re-Designs, Logo Creation, GMB Optimization)
After 60 days of consistent efforts/sales:
- You will be given a monthly base pay + the commission structure outlined above.
- In order to keep the base pay, you have to be bringing in at least two clients for any service each month. One must be a recurring client/service.
- No commissions on monthly website hosting.
